Frequently asked questions

Is my data private? Yes. GameSlate stores everything on your iPhone. There are no accounts and no tracking, and your data never leaves your device unless you choose to export a backup. See our Privacy Policy.

What's free, and what does the full version add? GameSlate is free for up to 3 players and 3 games, with every calculator usable for up to 2 players. A single one-time purchase (£4.99, no subscription) unlocks unlimited players and games, unlimited players in every calculator, and saving results to your game history.

I bought the full version but it's not unlocked on my other device. Open GameSlate, go to the purchase screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Restores are free and use your Apple Account.

How do I move my data to a new phone? In Settings, choose Export Backup to save a single backup file, then use Import Backup on the new device.

Which games are supported? GameSlate has guided calculators for Wingspan, 7 Wonders Duel and Forest Shuffle, plus flexible points or win/loss scoring for any other board or card game you add.
